FLT Counterbalance Operative
- Full time, Permanent
- Starting Salary: £29,889.60 per annum
- Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm & 8am - 4pm
We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative to join a growing and well-established business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional looking for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move finished goods into stock
- Process third-party orders and customer returns
- Maintain warehouse and yard housekeeping standards
- Support warehouse operations, production, and supervisory cover when required
- Promote a strong health & safety culture and company values
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (training can be provided)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of stock control, logistics, and customer returns
- Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work
- First Aid at Work and Fire Awareness training desirable
