Audi Charlotte is seeking to add a few more skilled
Automotive Technicians to join our busy main shop. We have well-run facility with consistent workflow, modern equipment, and leadership that understands what technicians need to succeed.
We are looking for individuals who are truly dedicated to their trade, work well as part of a team, and want to advance their career in a supportive environment.
Audi experience is a plus, but technicians with strong automotive repair experience from other dealership brands or professional repair facilities are encouraged to apply.

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs involving engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability systems
- Use diagnostic and scan tools to accurately identify vehicle concerns
- Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
- Perform inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in ongoing Audi factory and technical training
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Dedicated to the automotive trade and committed to quality workmanship
- Strong team player with a professional attitude
- Looking to grow and advance their career
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
- ASE certification and factory training a plus
