Direct Support Professional; MatthewsDream Center

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

• Provide one-on‑one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well‑being in the home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Albemarle Dream Center.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Albemarle Dream Center.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Part Time, Two Days per week (14 hours), Contract
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
