In this role you will provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and other related duties.

• In-house program in a friendly slower‑paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention
• Salary with 75% productivity benchmarks
• No mandated group treatment
• Specialized on‑site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
• State‑of‑the‑art rehab gyms
• Ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness programs
• Clinically focused, patient‑centered treatment decisions drive our programs
• Positive leadership philosophy that gives therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing
• School loan forgiveness available after 10 years (non‑profit)

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the State(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay Range: $74,160.00 – $93,463.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
