Acts is seeking qualified candidates for the Security Guard / Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position. Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. During emergency situations, determines nature and extent of illness or injury, or magnitude of the incident, to establish first aid procedures, until further professional assistance can arrive.
Conducts an assessment, administers CPR, AED, and/or prescribed first-aid treatment at site of emergency and contacts outside emergency services. Provides support during the evening and night hours for residents and team members.

Requirements- High school education or equivalent
- One year of experience in the security and/or emergency response field
- Valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and/or Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certification
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

$17.36 - $20.65 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
