We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong background in sales, who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment, and is excited about the opportunity to coach and develop a high‑performing team while driving continuous improvement.

• Lead, inspire, and grow a residential sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
• Co‑coach, train, and support team members through evaluations, side‑by‑side field visits, and regular accountability sessions to drive ongoing development.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement effective sales strategies, tools, and performance standards.
• Analyze business data and reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and guide decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the proper use of sales materials and tools.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports for strategic planning meetings with executive leadership.

• 2+ years of leadership experience (sales team leadership preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.
• Experience in coaching, sales training, and performance development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards.
