The Production Scheduler will join our manufacturing team to plan and coordinate the production of our Liberty Pro product line. You’ll work cross‑functionally with operations, inventory, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of schedules, inventory accuracy, and timely product delivery.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage the production schedule for Liberty Pro Systems, including forecasting upcoming builds
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to inventory shortages, discrepancies, and replenishment requirements
- Perform and reconcile physical inventory counts to system data
- Collaborate with mainline teams to coordinate flex team assignments
- Manage production and inventory‑related data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Interact with multiple departments (production, warehouse, quality) to ensure seamless workflow
- Document and process quality issues, damages, and obsolete stock
- Support process improvements and perform additional production‑related tasks as needed
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly the Production Control module
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel for inventory analysis and reporting
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of manufacturing environments, logistics, and scheduling processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manipulate up to 100 pounds with assistance
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work across departments
- Experience in inventory control, supply chain coordination, or production planning within a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with process flow in discrete manufacturing
- Exposure to technical or engineering environments is a plus
- Experience generating reports or dashboards from ERP systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
