Overview
Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Matthews, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range: $29-$33/hr angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community since 2000. We provide high-quality home health care with a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the patient’s home according to the active plan of care established by the physician and other health professionals.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care among the patient, family, and other care providers.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Support preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care.

- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided)
