Matthews, NC | Full-Time | Year-Round | Up to $55,000/year + Bonuses

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM start, early Fridays

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

What You ll Do As a Spray Technician, you ll be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy residential lawns across your daily route. Tasks include:

• Applying fertilizers and lawn care treatments
• Diagnosing turf issues like weeds or disease
• Communicating effectively with customers
• Aerating and seeding in the fall
• Operating and maintaining spray equipment

Occasionally, Fine Turf works on projects in other areas of North Carolina. For those who are open to short-term travel, there may be opportunities to assist with these projects, which could involve staying overnight for a few days. When travel is involved, the company covers lodging and related expenses.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years working outdoors
• Valid driver s license + reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Professional references will be checked
