The Quality Assistant supports the Quality Department by inspecting materials and products throughout production s position receives full training and is designed to uphold the quality standards set by Paceline and our customers, providing consistent attention to detail, accurate reporting, and prompt escalation of nonconformances.
Duties and Responsibilities Training Provided:- All sampling methods
- Inspection of Sewing, PVA, Tri-Tex, and Rolling products following in-process inspections
- Recognizing nonconforming materials based on product tolerances
- Pull and inspect First Article Samples (Knitting)
- Collect and evaluate before/after wash samples
- Collect Medi/Silipos analytical data (up to 20 samples, approximately 2-3 times monthly)
- Perform receiving inspections and earloop inspections
- Sort product for quarantine/hold and for customer complaints
- Report all nonconformances to the Quality Department
- Maintain accurate inspection records using approved reporting methods
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with measurements and tolerances
- Able to follow written procedures and keep clear, accurate records
- Manufacturing, textile, or inspection experience preferred but not required
