We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B growth across HVAC, building automation, and energy efficiency services. This role focuses on selling service contracts and solutions to healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial clients. Ideal for a sales leader with strong MEP and/or HVAC background, this role requires strategic prospecting, relationship building, and closing profitable service agreements while collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect, qualify, and close service contract opportunities in HVAC, controls, and energy efficiency.
  • Manage and track a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with estimating and engineering teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring revenue.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Experience You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience selling HVAC, MEP, or building services.
  • Expertise in service contracts, building automation, and energy upgrades.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated approach and proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
