Junior Brand Promotion Specialist

At New Age, we are seeking a Brand Promotion Specialist to join our team. In this Junior level role, you will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate new sales opportunities while driving growth.

This position is entry-level, we provide fully-paid training. No past experience is required, this position is perfect for those looking to start their careers learning the basics in marketing and sales!

This position is fully on-site at our Charlotte office. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Be the face of our client's brand, interacting with customers and promoting their products and services
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns that boost customer sales
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Generate new sales in retail environments through face-to-face customer interactions
• Attend product knowledge meetings for our clients and communicate this information to customers accurately and effectively
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
