What You Will Do
  • Represent the Infiniti brand with confidence, credibility, and sophistication
  • Deliver highly personalized, concierge-level experiences to discerning clients
  • Serve as the product authority across Infiniti and select pre-owned luxury inventory
  • Lead immersive test drives and demonstrations that showcase innovation, design, and performance
  • Build long‑term, high‑value client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Confidently present pricing, financing, and ownership solutions with transparency and professionalism
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with a high‑performing team in a culture driven by excellence and accountability
  • Continuously refine your skills, product knowledge, and sales approach
Who Thrives in This Role
  • Sales experience not a requirement but a plus in luxury automotive sales or comparable high‑end sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth and luxury-focused clientele
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills with a consultative, client‑first approach
  • Tech‑forward mindset with enthusiasm for advanced vehicle technology and telematics
  • Polished, professional presence aligned with a global luxury brand

  • Proficient with CRM systems and modern productivity tools
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Rewards

Earning potential up to $120,000+ annually (commission + performance bonuses). Compensation varies based on experience, performance, and market, with uncapped upside.
