• Start time: 6:45 AM
• Monday–Friday (weekends off to recharge)

• Lead and support the irrigation team—coaching techs, scheduling work, and ensuring top‑quality service.
• Oversee system diagnostics, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties.
• Communicate with customers and teammates to plan upgrades, resolve issues, and deliver results that wow.
• Manage projects efficiently using mobile tools and apps to track progress and keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure systems are optimized for performance, water conservation, and customer satisfaction.
• Help identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements that benefit both customers and the company.

• 5+ years of irrigation experience
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
• Comfortable with electrical & irrigation components – Wires, valves, controllers—you speak their language.
• Tech‑savvy – We use mobile apps daily; yes, your phone skills actually matter here.
• Able to lift 50 lbs & work outdoors – Rain, shine, or rogue sprinkler spray, you handle it.
• Backflow certification is a plus – Fancy credential that makes you look like a superhero to customers.
