What You’ll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces. You will develop and execute specialized treatment plans, resolve existing pest issues, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Your interactions will build long‑term relationships based on honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service.

Who You Are
  • Ability to safely move about customer locations and navigate stairs, ladders, and tight spaces
  • Capability to lift and move items and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
  • Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related technology
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri, rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
  • High school degree or equivalent
