Order Fulfillment Coordinator II - Order Fulfillment

Major Purpose
Serves as a link between channel partners and the Company to communicate and resolve issues of a medium complexity surrounding complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability and shipments.

Major Duties
" Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
" Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
" Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.
" Carry out a range of supply chain management activities. Involves using existing procedures.
" Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.
" Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
" Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
" Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies.
