Carle Health is seeking aBE/BC Adult Psychiatristto join our growing Behavioral Health team in Mattoon, Illinois.

• Hospital-employed position at financially-sound health system
• No call
• Practice will be in an outpatient setting
• Our Behavioral Health department in Mattoon is embedded in a large Primary Care Center
• Join a large, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team with Adult and Child Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychometricians
• Must be open to supervising Advanced Practice Providers

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $340,000 - $345,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
