Overview Compensation and Benefits

• 875,000 USD base salary + bonus based on RVU production
• 75,000 USD sign-on bonus
• 60,000 USD total retention bonus (paid 20,000 USD at the end of years 1, 2 &
  3)
• Quality bonus up to 50,000 USD (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + 6,000 USD CME annually
• 1:6 call

The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surrounding 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties.
