Details:
- Join3board-certified ENTsand 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Fellowship training welcomed
- $650,000base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped)
- Proven earning potentials $,000
- $75,000signing bonus
- $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)
- Quality bonus potential up to $50,000

- PTO 33 days (264 hours)- over 6-weeks!
- CME 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually
