Overview:

• Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
• Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
• 7 placements with the hospital
• Join a fully staffed team of 3 ENTs - 1:3 Call
• Diverse patient panel - Practice to your full ability

Compensation:

• Demonstrated 900K plus income
• 700K Salary
• 10 percent annual quality bonus (must meet RVUS to qualify - 50K max)
• 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
• 75K Sign on
• Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan
  • Hospital contributes $35,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $70,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
• 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
