Surgery - General Physician

Practice Overview:

• Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties

• Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties

• Ranked in top 5% of Hospitals for Orthopedics

• Join 4 General, 1 Spine, and 3 APPs Orthopedic Team

• Strong referral base, including Family Sports Medicine - 40 percent of referrals go straight to surgery

• State of the art facilities Airo/O-Arm, MAKO, CT scanners, PET, Rosa Knee system, - Will support additional equipment as needed

• 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, flexible

• 1:5 call - Not a trauma center

• Goal is to get provider up to exclusively Adult Reconstructive with an emphasis on total knee and hip, but they will see some general volume as the practice builds towards that.

Compensation:

• 780k base salary with 75k sign on

• Additional earning through production and quality bonuses

• 100K retention bonus (20K per year over 5 years)

• Hospital funded pension plan:

oHospital contributes $45,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5

oHospital contributes $90,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6

• Additional 403b with 4 percent match

• PTO: 33 days annually

• 1 Week CME with 6,000 allowance
