• Salary: $875,000
• Bonus: Based on RVU production
• Quality bonus: Up to $50,000

• Sign-on bonus: $75,000
• Retention bonus: $60,000 total
• Relocation reimbursement: $15,000
• PTO: 33 Days
• CME: 5 days + $6,000 annually
• Malpractice: With tail included at no cost
