The schedule features three 10-hour blocks (6:00 AM-4:00 PM, 1:00 PM-11:00 PM, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM) across 15 shifts per month, with a $75k sign-on and $100k retention bonus, strong benefits, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
