Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care team in Mattoon, Illinois.

• PRN position
• Join an established outpatient-only practice; no panel of primary care patients
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Convenient Care is housed in a large primary care center
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
• No call responsibilities
• Be part of a strong, stable, physician‑led health system

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

A minimum of 2 years of experience required

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
