Home Care Aide – Addus Home Care

We are hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This entry‑level position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time hours and a starting wage of $18 per hour, plus travel reimbursement.

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands

• Pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and well organized
• Two references (one professional, one personal)

• Eligibility to enroll in employer‑sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service
• Accrued paid time off – up to 75 hours per year based on tenure
• Paid holidays for employees who have worked at least 1 year and work 30 hours per week
