The Senior Project Manager will lead Rural King’s IT project management function, overseeing initiatives that drive digital transformation and omni-channel growth across the enterprise. This role manages a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts focused on e-commerce, data, and system integration projects. The Senior Project Manager provides strategic direction, ensures alignment with business priorities, and drives consistent delivery practices across the IT portfolio.

• Oversee project planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple concurrent work streams.
• Establish consistent project management standards, templates, and communication frameworks.
• Partner with IT leadership to align resources, timelines, and deliverables with strategic objectives.
• Manage enterprise technology initiatives involving digital commerce platforms, order management systems, product information management tools, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Provide oversight on requirements gathering, sprint planning, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps while driving continuous improvement.
• Report on project performance, budgets, and KPIs to IT and executive stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts supporting both e‑commerce and omni‑channel initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project management and business analysis teams.
• Lead associates in a way that exemplifies the leadership principles taught in Rural King’s Thrive Leadership Program.
• Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
