Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Hours of work: 6pm - 6:30am
Shifts: 12 hour 2/2/3 schedule
Context and Scope- Ability and willingness to develop and manage self, demonstrate self directed workgroup leadership, and contribute to efficiency, quality, and cost optimization with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work rotating shifts under stressful conditions such as heat, cold, high and/or confined spaces and have full mobility with ability to climb ladders and stairs.
High School diploma or equivalent plus 1‑2 years’ experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
Knowledge / ExperienceGood basic math, reading, and writing skills. Good mechanical aptitude. Basic knowledge of personal computers. Good problem‑solving skills. Good housekeeping skills and knowledge of GMPs.
Participate in site JTM’s, Lean Teams, and focus groups as appropriate. Train other area associates in operation of lines. Ability to cover vacations for other packaging associates in this role.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL: USD 19.84 - USD 27.28
