Production Manager
Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Powder Coat Specialist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant manufacturing operations, ensure timely shipping, meet cost objectives, and uphold quality standards while implementing safety programs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a union workforce, coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Purchasing and Maintenance, train staff, conduct safety audits, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and 5S.
