As an Administrator, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations to meet State and Federal regulations, supervise all department managers, and ensure the facility delivers integrated clinical services with business plan alignment. You will maintain premier customer service while resolving resident care issues and meet or exceed quality, clinical, utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies
• Implement facility and company philosophy of care
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum two years of experience in an LTC/SNF setting
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
