American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring critical care skills in sepsis, shock, and vent/trach management, plus an active IL RN license.

• Work in a 14-bed ICU treating adult patients age 16 and up
• Patient population includes sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular cases, strokes, and vent/trach patients
• Uses specialized equipment including Impella, IABP, and CRRT (Prismax)
• Night shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
• May float to PCU or Med/Surg within scope
• No on-call requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• CCRN certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required for consideration

• Provide critical care nursing to complex ICU patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
• RTO must be submitted with candidate profile for consideration
