American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Tele RN with at least 2 years of specialty experience and a current IL RN license.
Details- 21-bed Medical/Surgical-Telemetry unit (2 South)
- Patient population primarily includes heart failure and COPD cases
- Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- Floating within scope to similar units
- No on-call requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg-Telemetry specialty
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
- Provide nursing care for patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions on a telemetry-monitored unit
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility with a verifiable permanent address; no exceptions
