Licensed Practical Nurse 2nd Shift

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Accurately documenting patient information in the electronic medical record and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

• Working closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.

• Qualified candidates should possess a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
