The Sales Associate enthusiastically facilitates sales, checkout, and delivery processes, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Use effective communication techniques to engage, build rapport, inform, persuade, and entertain customers to drive sales.
• Become a product and service expert, practicing selling strategies, and achieving sales objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, manage difficult situations, and cultivate loyalty and satisfaction.
• Balance daily financial transactions, process payments and refunds, and validate customer accounts.

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet performance goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
