Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all HVAC units; includes daily maintenance to emergency situations at all CCI buildings in Illinois. May assist with building maintenance i.e. roofing and electrical.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge
• Sheet metal fabricator experience
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record; CDL preferred / not required
• On call 24/7
• Carpentry knowledge
• Electrical knowledge
• Must be able to read blueprints
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must to be certified and/ or licensed in at least one of the following Building Trade Specialists as recognized by the local Illinois Authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) with a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $26.13 – $31.40
