Pilson Powersports is growing! As we expand into Scag mowers and small engine repair, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Technician to join our Service Department. • Diagnose, repair, and service small engines, including Scag mowers and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and engine performance issues.
• Complete service work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Uphold Pilson’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar mechanical role.
• Knowledge of 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines.
• Experience with mower repair (Scag experience is a strong plus).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Competitive pay based on experience and ranging between $45,000 and $60,000 depending on skills.
