Order Picker​/Packer

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team in Mattoon, IL. These full-time positions offer competitive compensation between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour, with opportunities available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Earn between $17.00 and $18.00 hourly with the convenience of a weekly paycheck. You can choose between 1st or 2nd shift options to best suit your schedule.

• Utilize warehouse machinery, such as Cherry Pickers, to complete daily tasks.
• Gather customer orders from storage racks and move inventory across the facility.
• Adhere to established picking routes to maximize operational efficiency.
• Retrieve specific items from racking systems and bins.
• Help maintain a safe and organized workspace for all staff members.
• Assist with various general warehouse assignments as required.
• Contribute to team success by ensuring orders are processed accurately and on schedule.

• Demonstrated recent experience using Cherry Pickers or similar order picking machinery.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Capable of working effectively both solo and within a collaborative group setting.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to strictly follow operational guidelines.
