Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Review and process Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger
• Perform quarterly reporting and month end closing
• Calculate 1099s, W-2s, bi‑weekly payroll, and monthly commissions
• Oversee employee onboarding and benefits
• Perform job costing and verify material and labor costs
• Manage fixed asset reporting
• Oversee subcontractor labor and customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prequalify submittals for general contractors and upcoming bids
• Audit compilation for general liability, workers' comp insurance audits, and government payroll filings
• Calculate and file sales and property taxes
• Apply for business licenses for new jobsites
• Assist in other office related duties when needed

Type: Direct hire

• 5+ years of general accounting experience
• Clean personal credit
• Construction accounting experience a strong plus.
