We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle non-emergency calls, gather accurate information, and coordinate responses quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Answer and document all inbound non-emergency calls
• Collect and record detailed information from callers
• Assess and prioritize calls based on urgency
• Communicate and relay information to the proper personnel or departments
• Dispatch response teams and provide clear directions to locations
• Track and monitor the progress and status of ongoing responses

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role preferred
• Strong typing and data entry accuracy
• Knowledge of dispatch or emergency response procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
