Ahold Delhaize USA, part of a global food retailer, employs five leading omnichannel grocery brands. The Solutions Delivery Analyst IV is a lead technical SME for assigned systems, services, and applications, steering mid‑to‑large IT initiatives and providing third level production support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical SME for systems, services and applications across functional areas.
- Mentor and coach team members to expand technical knowledge.
- Manage mid‑to‑scale projects: resource & budget management, translating business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to build technical specifications.
- Work with QA to develop test cases, execute System Integration Testing, and document results.
- Complete RUN Book documentation and support post‑release hyper‑care.
- Provide third‑level technical support, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with Engineers, Product Teams, and business groups for configuration changes and integration solutions.
- Monitor systems for 24/7/365 stability, handling off‑hour incidents as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of relevant technology experience in an advanced or technical role.
- Experience mentoring or training team members in technology skills.
- Proven ability to lead mid‑to‑large projects independently.
- Strong analytical skills, quality focus, and judgment within defined procedures.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Additional professional training or certifications.
- Agile experience and product/platform operating model exposure.
- Experience leading teams or advancing technical capability.
- Retail or grocery industry experience.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 in‑person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Scarborough, ME; Carlisle, PA; Quincy, MA; Mauldin, SC) and 2 remote days.

ME/NC/PA/SC: $92,640 – $138,960
IL/MA/MD/NY: $106,480 – $159,720
Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, equity, and market conditions. Final decisions comply with company policies and applicable laws.
