Lead by doing Store Manager Trainee program prepares you to run your own store through hands-on leadership experience. You'll learn how to manage operations, develop teams, and drive results while working side-by-side with associates in a fast-pace environment. This role combines leadership responsibilities with active participation in daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards. Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage: $29.50 per hour
Estimated Store Manager Earning Potential Year 1: $87,000-$103,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable)

- Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
- Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
- Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
- Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
- Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
- Communicates, cooperates, and interacts effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, third-partyvendorsand business partners.
- Collaborates in the resolution of any issues that arise within the store to minimize potential liability for the division and the company.
- Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales,engage our teams,satisfyourcustomersandachieve consistent high performance.
- Understands and oversees the execution of the overarching company strategy while communicating and modeling the core values of the organization.
- Fosters a positive and collaborative working environment and promotes teamwork among employees.
- Oversees and manages compliance with policies and procedures within the store, as well asapplicablefederal, state, and local regulations.
