PROCESSING‑SALAD‑PROCESS OPERATOR – 1st Shift

Join us as a Processing Kitchen Operator at Sauer Brands, Inc. in Greenville, SC. This full‑time entry‑level position runs the batching computer, prepares raw materials, ensures order sequencing, and meets production goals.

Processing Kitchen Operators operate batching equipment and follow batch cards, ensuring efficient, quality production and proper sequencing.

• Mix and dump raw materials into mixers using a shovel, wheelbarrow, and other equipment.
• Measure specified quantities per batch cards using scales or measuring boxes.
• Dump material from sacks onto conveyor or move bulk material from wheelbarrow into mixer.
• Operate batching computers and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

• High School Diploma required.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Detail oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of a 10‑hour shift.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
