We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will primarily create and manage personalized care plans for patients. Responsibilities- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- Previous RN experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- First aid and CPR certification required.
