• Take orders with speed, accuracy, and total friendliness
• Answer questions about the menu (you’ll know the difference between all the sauces)
• Keep the front counter, lobby, and drink station looking clean and fresh
• Handle payments with confidence—cash, cards, and all that jazz
• Communicate with the kitchen to make sure every order is right
• Be the calm in the rush, the energy in the room, and the vibe leader on the floor

• A big smile and positive energy (even before coffee)
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to stay cool under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
• Punctuality and reliability—your team counts on you
• Experience in customer service is awesome, but not required
• Must be 16+ (depending on local laws)
