You will work under a Lead Technician, using service literature and your HVAC knowledge to diagnose issues, replace worn parts, and ensure safe, reliable operation on-site across multiple sites, often with on-call rotations.
Strong communication with customers and dispatch is essential, and safety procedures must be consistently followed.
