Business Consultant, Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Consultant for a Contract with a client in Maumee, OH. You will develop scalable data models, manage SAP Business Data Cloud environments, and optimize data pipelines for advanced analytics and planning. Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams to understand business goals and develop strategic plans.
• Develop and implement business solutions tailored to client needs, including process optimization and technology integration.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices, change management, and organizational development.
• Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or process improvement roles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

$53.00 to $68.00 per hour
