Customer Service Rep
Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking Team Members to create a welcoming theatre experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, handle tickets, and operate the POS system with accuracy. You may serve as an usher, box office or concessionist depending on staffing needs.
Ideal candidates are at least 16, provide excellent guest service, and can work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training in food safety and cash handling is required where applicable.
