The Person al Banker II is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Maumee, OH, responsible for delivering personalized financial solutions to consumer and small business customers. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, opening new accounts, processing deposits and other transactions, and recommending appropriate banking products and services. The Person al Banker II will proactively build and deepen customer relationships, identify opportunities to cross‑sell products such as checking, savings, credit, and digital services, and help customers navigate key financial decisions.

Daily responsibilities include providing high‑quality customer service at the branch, assisting with problem resolution, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, and contributing to branch sales and service goals. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues across the branch network to support customers and drive overall branch performance.

• Strong skills in Personal Banking and Finance, with the ability to explain financial products and solutions clearly.
• Experience handling Deposits and other routine banking transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Opening New Accounts, including verifying documentation and following regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective problem‑solving in a branch environment.
• Prior retail banking or financial services experience preferred; sales experience in a customer‑facing role is beneficial.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and basic computer applications; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and engage diverse customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to meet bonding and background requirements and to adhere to all risk, compliance, and security standards.
