What You’ll Need- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) and Ohio state licensure
- Experience providing therapy to children or students with communication challenges
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills with a focus on family collaboration
- Dedication to creating inclusive, engaging, and student‑centered learning environments
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to identify individual needs
- Develop and implement evidence‑based therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to support communication in academic and social settings
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote consistent student progress
- Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
