Our team consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S. and Canada.

• Work as a Field Network Engineer with experience in a Managed Service Provider, architecting, monitoring, and maintaining client technology network, cloud, and server infrastructure.
• Serve as a Technology Advisor, meeting frequently to discuss opportunities to improve the client’s environment with the latest technology, including cybersecurity and cloud‑based solutions to support customer goals.
• Balance multiple customers’ requests, smaller projects, and necessary meetings while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
• Flexibility for working after business hours and weekends is required at times.

• Minimum of 2‑3 years’ experience working with customer support in the field of computer systems, servers, and networking in a Managed Services or similar consulting field.
• Strong skills in configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (e.g., Sonic Wall, Meraki), Microsoft M365 products focusing on messaging and security solutions. Current certifications in these technologies will be highly considered.
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE would be very helpful but is not required.
• Additional skills such as SAGE 300 & 100, Linux, SAN Storage, Mobile deployments, FACTS, and Disaster Recovery would be a plus but are not required.
• Willing to travel locally 1‑2 days a week may be required; remote support ability is a must.
