The Analyst II, End User Services partners with business stakeholders, expands internal networks, and proactively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Apply advanced systems analysis techniques to evaluate user and organizational requirements, determining hardware, software, and system specifications for endpoint management and IT infrastructure
* Design, develop, and refine configuration frameworks and security controls, ensuring compliance and operational consistency across platforms
* Analyze, implement, and optimize automation solutions, including scripting and workflow development, to streamline processes and enhance scalability
* Create, maintain, and improve documentation for system architecture, change management, and deployment processes, supporting future modifications and best practices
* Develop, test, and validate system configurations and integration strategies, ensuring compatibility, version control, and reliability
* Monitor and evaluate system performance and deployment outcomes, using analytical methods to identify improvements and optimize infrastructure efficiency
* Troubleshoot moderately difficult technical issues, proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
* Build relationships across the organization, contributing meaningfully to business conversations and expanding internal networks
** What is expected of you and others at this level
*** Intermediate knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
* Solves a range of straightforward problems
* Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
* Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Systems/Technology
* 2-5 years’ relevant experience required
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
** Physical Requirements and Working Environment
*** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
* Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
